1. Why hasn't my order shipped ?

Some mirrors are made to order and customized so we ask that you allow 1-2 days after an order is placed for it to ship. You will receive email confirmation when order has shipped. 

2. What should I do if my mirror is damaged when arrived?

Send photos to [email protected] and put the order number and shipping number in the subject. Allow 3-5 days for a replacement. NO REFUNDS. 

3. Do you deliver locally?

 Yes. There is a $5 delivery charge for all local deliveries. 

4. I see a mirror on your Instagram but it is not listed on the website. How can I order? 

DM us a picture of the mirror you're interested in and we will get the order processed. Payments can be made via cash app.
